Dejavu Imagery has the right to refuse service to anyone.

We will not except any "explicit, violent, pornographic, or illegal" photos of any kind.

We will not except any "explicit, violent, pornographic, or illegal videos of any kind.

All pictures &/or video will be placed in a random order unless otherwise notified.

Pictures in order need to be labeled and placed together(envelope). Include any names, places & dates.

Songs are customers choice, " No" sexual or explicit music will be played on Dejavu Imagery Website.

Videos are customers privacy. Some customers may be asked by "DJV" for permission to show a sample of their personal picsmix on "DJV" website. No explicit &/or inappropriate footage will be shown.

If entering djvcontest "NO EXPLICIT MUSIC OR PHOTOS WILL BE EXCEPTED" (NO EXCEPTIONS!!!)

Song prices are included in packages, all songs are supplied and paid for through "NAPSTER and YAHOO MUSIC". No "djvmusic" shall be duplicated &/or sold for profit.

All songs are paid for and used for individual &/or personal entertainment use "ONLY".

Customers must be at least 18yrs of age to order parental advisory music.

Each song for each individual picsmix made, will be purchased legally and separately.

No picsmix created by Dejavu Imagery shall be sold or distributed for resale &/or profit.
RETURN POLICY & REFUNDS

There is no refund on picsmixes already verified by customer.

Refunds only apply to 1st draft picsmixes (all customers will have a chance to preview finished product for changes &/or corrections.

There is no return on customized packages already verified by customers.

Delivery takes approx. (2-4wks), after verification by customer.(4-6wks during the holiday seasons)
